1. Scope & Purpose
0xff serves as the central directory and hub for a network of independent software utilities.
2. Operational Availability
All applications are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted service continuity.
3. Acceptable Use
Users may not abuse network endpoints, perform automated denial-of-service attacks, reverse-engineer non-public backend routes, or utilize network utilities for unlawful purposes.
4. Independent Product Operations
Subdomain applications (including SecureConvert, BlinkMail, and DomHunt) operate independently. Specific features, retention terms, and limits are managed by each tool's functional interface.
5. Intellectual Property
Software, branding, and assets are proprietary to 0xff and its contributors unless explicitly marked under open source licenses on GitHub.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no circumstance shall 0xff or its maintainers be held liable for damages, data loss, or service interruption arising from the use of its network tools.
